At MultiMoxx, we want you to be confident in your purchase. If MultiMoxx isn’t the right fit, we’re here to help.
30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We offer a full refund within 30 days of your initial purchase for both monthly and lifetime plans.
To request a refund, please contact our support team within 30 days of your original purchase date with your account information and reason for the request.
Refund requests submitted after 30 days are not eligible for a refund.
Subscription Renewals
Monthly subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.
To avoid being charged for your next billing period, you must cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your renewal date.
If you cancel your subscription, you will continue to have access to your Pro features through the end of your current billing period. Your subscription will not renew after that time.
Lifetime License
Lifetime licenses include a one-time payment for ongoing access to MultiMoxx. Lifetime purchases are eligible for a full refund within 30 days of the original purchase date. After 30 days, lifetime purchases are non-refundable.
Exceptions
Refunds may be denied in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, or violations of the MultiMoxx Terms of Service.
