MultiMoxx offers a cutting-edge SaaS platform that allows users to create scrollable website mockups in seconds. By simply dropping in any URL, users can instantly generate stunning, multi-device mockups, making it an ideal tool for professionals looking to enhance their portfolios, engage audiences on social media, impress clients during presentations, and showcase product demos effectively.
To access the services provided by MultiMoxx, users must create individual accounts. Eligibility requires users to register as individuals, and they are responsible for maintaining the security of their account credentials. Usershave the flexibility to delete their accounts at any time. However, MultiMoxx reserves the right to suspend accounts if there is any abuse of the system or if accounts are shared among multiple users.
Users of MultiMoxx are prohibited from engaging in illegal activities, harassing or abusing other users, uploading malware or harmful content, attempting to hack or circumvent security measures, violating intellectual property rights, and using the service for spam or unsolicited communications. Such activities are strictly forbidden to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users.
Users who post or upload content to the MultiMoxx platform retain ownership of their content. MultiMoxx does not use user content beyond providing the service to the user. While users maintain their rights, MultiMoxx reserves the right to moderate content to ensure compliance with our terms and to maintain the integrity of the platform.
Payments for MultiMoxx services are processed through our designated payment processor. We offer a subscription model with monthly billing that auto-renews unless canceled by the user. Users can cancel their subscriptions through their admin account, and refunds are available within 7 days of payment. To avoid automatic renewal, users must provide a 72-hour notice prior to the renewal date if they wish to cancel their account.
All content, software, branding, and materials created by MultiMoxx are protected under copyright and trademark laws.
Users are not permitted to reproduce or distribute our content without explicit permission. However, we grant users a limited license to use our services for their intended purpose, in accordance with these terms.
MultiMoxx provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted or error-free, and users acknowledge that they use our services at their own risk.
MultiMoxx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability is capped at the greater of $100 or the amount paid by the user in the 12 months preceding the claim, ensuring that users understand the extent of our liability.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of California. In the event of a dispute, users agree to first seek resolution through informal means before pursuing further legal action, promoting a cooperative approach to resolving any issues that may arise.
